Nova has been developed on the CodeIgniter PHP framework by EllisLab.

Icons used throughout Nova were created by FamFamFam and Pinvoke.

The Magellan skin was created by Steven Highet for use on the Magellan Campus simulation and is based on the Titan skin by Anodyne Productions. The Titan skin was created by Anodyne Productions. Edits are permissible provided the original credits remain intact.

The rank sets used in Nova were created by Kuro-chan of Kuro-RPG. The ranksets can be found at Kuro-RPG. Please do not copy or modify the images.

Was inspired for the idea of this simm by the following:

• by the player of Dr. Keiri Clemens, a long time friend, creator and former Dean of the USF Starfleet Academy Live Simm. I roleplayed a cadet there many years ago and really loved it and the creativity behind her idea.
• by the player of Captain Claudia Drake, former Dean of Education at SB900 (the independent sim) for his idea of putting together a Satellite Academy on another Nova simm. Although he wasn't there long, he had a great idea that encouraged me to go ahead with something I had been wanting to do for a long time.
• Of course Gene Roddenberry, the man with the vision and creator of Star Trek.
